About files

Files are processed in this tab’s memory. Leaving a file tool clears its loaded files. Reloading or closing the tab clears loaded files and unsaved scores. Classes you save in My classes stay in this browser. When you return, classes not updated since the most recent August 1 are removed automatically. You can remove them sooner in My classes. Downloads stay on your device. Keep your originals to start again.

  5. Find missing work

Find missing work

See blank scores, zeros and written marks across assignments in your grade files. You decide what needs follow-up.

You’ll get: a list of cells to check, not confirmed missing work.

11. Add your grade files

A Classroom grades download or any spreadsheet with one column per assignment. Each file stays separate, even when names repeat.

What this can’t tell you

This shows what the file holds, not why. It does not change scores. For a Google Classroom file with only its Grade column chosen, it shows Classroom’s Assignment State word, such as Turned in, without using it for counts. Classroom zeros may be draft grades. Check original records before following up.
