Report a problem

Tell the developer what went wrong with GradeBridge or another department tool, without sending student information.

Before you write

Leave out student names, numbers and grades. Never attach student files or screenshots. Describe the problem instead.
Say what you clicked, what you expected and what happened. Replace any student name or number with a made-up one.
If it was GradeBridge, choose “Try it with sample classes” and say whether it happens there too.
